UK Express Delivery

Next Working Day – £7.95

This is a fully tracked service. We offer a flat rate of £7.95 for all UK orders. We aim to deliver all Express orders the next working day.

European Standard Shipping

Royal Mail International – £9.95

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. We are unable to specify exact delivery times for European orders, typically allow 5-7 days depending on location.

International Standard Shipping

Royal Mail International – £14.95

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. We are unable to specify exact delivery times for International orders, typically allow 10-14 days depending on location.

What Delivery Methods Are Available?

We deliver all our orders in the UK using Royal Mail or DPD. All orders placed before 14:00 GMT (Monday – Friday) will be despatched the same day in most instances. If an order is made after 14:00 GMT we cannot guarantee despatch the same day. We do not deliver to PO boxes as we require a signature upon delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We deliver all European and International deliveries using Royal Mail or DPD. All orders placed before 14:00 GMT (Monday – Friday) will be despatched the same day in most instances. If an order is made after 14:00 GMT we cannot guarantee same day despatch. Please note that any duties or custom import charges applied to the goods during delivery are the responsibility of the receiver. We recommend if purchasing from outside the EU to check with your border/customs agencies before ordering so you’re fully aware of any charges that the goods may face when entering the country for delivery. All orders require a signature a signature upon delivery.

Returns

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days complete with the returns form (which you will receive with the item) and we will exchange it or issue a full refund (excluding postage) whichever you prefer.

The item must be returned with all original tags and packaging. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund or exchange.

The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

If you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase online, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty.

What if my item is faulty?

If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, then please return the item(s) to us. We will need to know the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on your credit card or bank statement.

Delivery costs will also be refunded if the product is faulty. All items should be sent by registered post and securely packaged. Propellas can not accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.

The Propellas website accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Switch/Maestro, Visa Electron and PayPal.

Shopping online at Propellas is statistically safer than using your credit card at a high street store.
